Structure composition
The main components of 35kV oil-immersed transformer include iron core, winding, oil tank, pressure regulator, radiator, oil pillow, gas relay, insulation sleeve, explosion-proof pipe, etc.
The iron core is usually a core structure, with internal oil channels to enhance heat dissipation.
The winding is made of copper or aluminum wire, and the insulation material is wrapped around the wire to ensure insulation.

Cooling method

Installation and operation precautions
Transformer foundation should be level, oil pillow side should have 1-1.5% slope.
The transformer should be reinforced and the lead should not stress the bushing.
The transformer shell is securely connected to the neutral point and grounding device.
Before trial operation, comprehensive inspection, impact test and no-load running time test are carried out.
Maintenance and testing
The insulating oil needs to be dried and purified by pressure filtration method.
Carry out insulation resistance telemetry, DC resistance measurement and other tests to ensure transformer performance.
