The GCK Switchboard Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear distribution cabinet consists of power distribution centers cabinets, motor control centers and capacitor compensation units. The high quality Switchboard Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear distribution cabinet is suitable for power systems operating at 50/60 Hz and rated working voltage AC 380V,400V,480V, rated insulation voltage AC 660V, and rated working current up to 5000A and below.

Product structure Characteristics

●The cabinet body is made of thin cold-rolled steel sheet stamping, or C profile combined with fasteners. The standardized design with 20mm module is adopted. The structural parts have strong versatility and high mechanical strength.

●The functional unit is designed in accordance with the modular structure, one module (1M) is 200mm, and the effective device installation height is 1800mm(equivalent to 9M).

●The cabinet body is provided with functional compartments: bus compartments, unit compartments, incoming and outgoing compartments and instrument compartments to ensure safety;

●The main busbar system is overhead, and copper bars of different specifications are selected according to the current. The vertical busbar is installed on the rear side, and is provided with an independent compartment and an observation window.

●In and out of the cable can be up and out, up and down, down and down, down and up, can also be set at the back of the cabinet or the side of the cabinet for the inlet and outlet cable room, a variety of choices;

●According to user needs, ATS(such as WHK type) automatic transfer switch can meet the dual power supply;

●Mechanical interlock: The door of the drawer compartment of the MCC cabinet and the operating handle of the circuit breaker are provided with a mechanical interlock. Only when the handle is in the breaking position, the door can be opened to ensure safety;

●The electrical switch, the contact switch and the drawer of the MCC cabinet have three positions, namely, the working position, the test position and the disconnect position;

●The surface protection layer of the cabinet structure parts is galvanized or electrostatic powder spraying, beautiful color and solid quality;

Protective grounding measures: a copper bar is provided at the bottom of the rear side of the cabinet as a ground bus, or a vertical branch ground bus is provided at the rear of the cabinet along with the vertical bus. The whole cabinet is equipped with the door of the electrical equipment and the insulating bracket to form a complete grounding protection circuit;

●Anti-corrosion: All metal parts have anti-corrosion measures (galvanized, epoxy powder electrostatic spraying).

The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40.

Working condition

●The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

●The ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40℃, and the average temperature within 24 h is not higher than +35℃,and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -50℃;

●Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of + 40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, for example, 90% at +20℃;

●There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration;

●It is inclined no more than 5° from the vertical plane;

●This product is suitable for the following temperature transportation and storage: -25℃ ~ +55℃, in a short time (not more than 24h) does not exceed +70℃;

●If the above conditions of use cannot satisfy, the user shall submit it to the manufacturer at the time of ordering and resolve it by negotiation.
