The GCK series low voltage draw-out switchgear cabinet consists of two parts: a power distribution center (PC) cabinet and a Motor control center (MCC). The GCK series device is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage is less than or equal to 690V, rated current 4000A and below of the control and distribution system, as power distribution, motor control and lighting and other distribution equipment.
The GCK series low voltage draw-out switchgear cabinet has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, flexible electrical scheme, series, strong interchangeability, arbitrary combination of various scheme modules, more loops accommodated by the cabinet, saving floor space, high protection level, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance and so on. Widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, terminals and radio and television communication centers.

- The frame adopts parts mounting holes according to the modulus E=20mm change
- The internal structural parts of GCK series low voltage draw-out switchgear cabinet are treated with zinc, and the external parts are sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder after pickling and phosphating
- In the power center (PC) incoming cabinet, the top is the horizontal bus area, the lower part of the horizontal bus area is the circuit breaker room, the circuit breaker can be equipped with domestic DWI5C, ME and other series, and can also be configured according to user needs of various circuit breakers produced by foreign electric companies, such as: ABB F series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers. In general, the PC unit with a flip-over main circuit (including bus), rated current in 630A-1600A, occupy a shape size of 800x1000x2200 (width x depth x height) cabinet. The main circuit without the flip-over occupies a cabinet with the outline dimensions of 800x800x2000 (W x D x H). When the current rating is 1600A-3150A, occupy a cabinet with the outline dimensions of 1000x1000x2200 (W x D x H). The main circuit without flip-over occupies a cabinet with the outline dimensions of 1000x800x2200 (W x D x H). Power center (PC) feeder cabinet structure and the incoming cabinet are similar, the feeder current in 630A-1600A, a 1000x1000x2200 (width x depth x Height) cabinet can be installed with two loops, for the upper and lower layout installation
- The motor control center (MCC) switch cabinet has two kinds of wall installation and non-wall installation. The top of both is a horizontal busbar area. Below the horizontal bus bar area is the drawer function module area, the width of this area is 600mm, and the height of the installation drawer function module area is 1840mm. When the cabinet is installed against the wall, the left part of the cabinet is the functional module area, and the right part has a 200mm width cable outgoing area. The outline dimensions of the cabinet is 800/500/2200 (width x depth x Height). The cabinet has two types depth of 800 and 1000, 1000 depth cabinet is recommended to the clients, with the same depth of the PC cabinet. When the drawer is draw out of the cabinet, the live part in the cabinet is not exposed, which is safe and reliable
- The drawer function module and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closing position, the door cannot be opened and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closing or opening position with an external padlock. The functional module compartment is separated by a metal plate, and the drawer has good interchangeability and has a working position, a test position and a separated position. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer is automatically positioned, and then pull plate on the left side, the drawer can be removed from the positioning and enter the next position. The drawer out of the cabinet also has the anti-fall off function
- In the capacitor compensation, measurement and other fixed solutions of the cabinet and drawer cabinet has the same appearance and the same horizontal bus position, so as to ensure that the drawer and fixed cabinet can be used side by side
- The bus of the bus system cabinet adopts the three-phase five-wire system, and the single bus is used when the rated current of the horizontal bus is 1250A and below. When the rated current of the horizontal bus is above 1250A, dual bus is used. The horizontal bus bar between the cabinets is connected by the connecting block, the vertical bus is closed by the polycarbonate engineering plastic shell, the interior is limited by the partition board to limit the arc diffusion, the neutral bus bar is set in the front of the cabinet top, the protective bus bar (PE) is set in the bottom of the cabinet, and is connected with the partition board and the door of the cabinet, thus ensuring the ground continuity
- Under the clear condition of not reducing the protection level of the shell, the bottom and top of the switch cabinet are provided with natural ventilation Windows
- The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40.
