72.5KV high voltage gas insulated switchgear (C-GIS) is an environmentally friendly new product independently developed by our company, filling the domestic gap, and with international leading technical level.

It is suitable for power systems with rated voltage of 72.5kV and three-phase AC 50Hz, which can receive and distribute network power, and realize the measurement, monitoring, communication, control and fault state protection of the normal operation of the system.

72.5KV high voltage gas insulated switchgear fully comply with GB11022, GB7674, IEC62271 and other relevant standards, and have passed all type tests and new product technical appraisals. It is widely used in various important systems of the national economy, such as transmission and substation networks, urban power supply networks, large industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, electrified railways, etc.

XEL-72.5 switchgear is the first to apply the sealing technology of vacuum interrupter to products with a voltage level of 72.5 kV, and is a new generation of high-voltage complete set of electrical products integrating vacuum arc extinguishing, sealing pole, gas insulation and interface insulation technology.

The product adopts intelligent control and protection unit, with powerful control, protection and measurement functions, which can fully meet the needs of miniaturization, intelligence and green environmental protection of the distribution network. The product uses low-pressure (0.04MPa) SF6 gas as the insulating medium between phases and relative to the equipment, and the gas consumption is only 10% of similar products, and the vacuum interrupting is used to avoid the generation of toxic and harmful gases, and greatly reduces the use and emission of SF6 gas. The sealed airbox used in the product makes all high-pressure components waterproof, dustproof and unaffected by the external environment, and can be completely maintenance-free.

Product structure Characteristics

Environmentally-friendly: The XEL-72.5 switchgear is interrupted by a vacuum circuit breaker. Using a low pressure of 0.04MPa and a small amount of SF6 gas in a small volume of insulated gas chamber, using advanced sealing technology, the gas usage and the possibility of leakage are greatly reduced, and the service life is long, and there is no need to make up gas for 30 years. SF6 gas does not participate in arc extinguishing, does not produce various toxic and harmful gases, and obtains the best environmental protection certification.

Miniaturization: XEL-72.5 switchgear adopts low-pressure SF6 gas insulation, interface insulation, solid sealing pole type vacuum circuit breaker, cabinet size is only 43% of similar products, small footprint, more compact structure, light weight, easy transportation.

Maintenance-free: All high-voltage parts sealed in the stainless steel box are not affected by the external environment, which is safe and reliable, and maintenance-free. The stainless steel box is welded with laser airtight, and the annual air leakage rate is <0.5%. The circuit breaker adopts vacuum arc extinguishing technology and solid sealing pole technology and spring operating mechanism, which has strong breaking ability, uniform electric field distribution, long mechanical life, high reliability and maintenance-free.

Safety and reliability: The vacuum circuit breaker and three-station switch have both manual and electric operation functions, and have perfect five-proof mechanical interlocking to prevent misoperation. All high-voltage components, including cable terminations, current transformers, and voltage transformers, are enclosed with a grounded metal housing, which is safe and touchable. The inflatable compartment in the primary circuit is IP65 and the device enclosure is IP40. The stainless steel air box of the product is processed by laser cutting and welding equipment imported from Germany, and the SEILER leak detection equipment imported from Germany is used to quantitatively detect the air leakage rate of the air box body, so that the product is safe and reliable.

Easy to install: 72.5KV high voltage gas insulated switchgear has a modular design and can be flexibly combined with a variety of options. The connection between the switch cabinets adopts silicone rubber bus connectors, which is convenient and easy to operate. The cable termination, voltage transformer and lightning arrester are all pluggable and pluggable and installed in the reserved socket hole on the gas box, which is convenient and reliable to install.
